Commissioners will consider proposed tailored rules for certain crypto investment contracts on August 14 but no final rules yet.

Legal Update:
Binance and RedotPay are giving conflicting accounts over a Singapore lawsuit linked to their wider $472.8M Hong Kong dispute.
RedotPay expects the case to be discontinued, while Binance says its claims remain active and it has no plans to withdraw them.

Ethereum ETF Update:
Fidelity has filed with the SEC to add staking to its FETH spot Ether fund.
The ETF could stake up to 100% of its $ETH, retain 85% of rewards and potentially make quarterly cash distributions but the proposal is not yet effective and payouts aren’t guaranteed.

Kraken Prop now offers 24/7 S&P 500 perpetual trading, expanding beyond crypto and the Nasdaq 100.
