In the presented graph you can observe the structure of the system to contain the necessary and sufficient information to guarantee to all the inhabitants of the earth, the well-being currently reached only by a part of the world population.
Each element of the graph is associated with a relative distributed network, of a decentralized type, at present it can be of any type (blockchain, tangle, etc. no POW) these systems must guarantee the highest levels of security. It is necessary to define a secure communication protocol between the networks.
All activities directly related to money are not taken into consideration, as they are no longer necessary.
Tangible assets and services are divided into two categories: personal assets (PG) and work equipment (WT) which have separate managements.
The network that will take care of governance (HAct.AdministrationServices) will implement the management rules (laws), which will be established by people with the current decision-making structures.
Ladies and gentlemen, let’s open our minds, we need to go outside the box, we have a duty, towards the next generations, to join our efforts to create a better alternative than the current capitalist system, we have the duty to create the future system of management of the human species of the third millennium.
Now it’s time to act, tomorrow it may be too late.
Only if a sufficiently high number of open source developers and researchers come together will it be possible to achieve all this, is the only chance of survival for our species and many others on this planet.
Only a radical change of this magnitude can change the catastrophic situation we are creating.
I would like to express a few considerations below:

1) Currently everything works on the basis of maximizing profits, both governments and the main media have neither the capacity nor the interest to solve them. A fire cannot be extinguished by fire.
2) Most people are submerged by everyday problems in order to respect the constraints imposed by the current system, many people have no perception of the serious danger we are creating, many others are hiding behind a strong selfishness “so much we will not be there anymore”.
3) An appropriate use of technology is the only possibility we have to make a rapid change to the current situation.
4) An appropriate use of the technology can only be guaranteed if it is based on ethical principles that can be shared on a global level.
5) The starting point is the creation of a distributed and scalable system based on serverless technologies, which allows the sharing of knowledge at a global level, for any sector of activity strictly related to the production of primary goods and services.
6) Open source software developers are called to join forces on developing a common project that will be the future management system of the planet. Currently there is a frantic development activity that is too fragmented, which frustrates many efforts.
7)Software developers and researchers around the world today have a huge responsibility for the near future. Creating a system that offers an alternative to the capitalist management of the world is a goal to be achieved in a very short time.
It is necessary to design the human species management system of the third millennium on the basis of the “Golden Rule”, the only ethical principle that can be shared on a global level that has existed for thousands of years, but has never been respected.
“Don’t do to others what you wouldn’t want them to do to you”
“Whatever you want them to do to you, do it to them too”
where “others” and “them” means: our contemporaries and future generations.

Below I summarize the most practical implications of the golden rule:

1) Everyone has the right to live a life of higher quality than a minimum threshold
2) Every individual has the right to the preservation of his own cultural identity and to respect for his personal dignity
3) Each individual has a duty to strive to increase their cultural level
4) Every individual has the duty to commit himself to respect and preserve the life and balance of all life forms that have been established on the earth since its origins

The golas must be :
1) raise the minimum threshold of quality of life and cultural level
2) guaranteeing the development of our species in harmony with the existing
natural balance
3) Establish and promote meritocratic systems for the benefit of the people
who contribute the most, through the provision of socially useful goods and
services, to the achievement of the first two objectives

The main commitments for each individual must be:
- Take care of the environment in which we live, our only true heritage
Increase your level of education, history, art, science
- Producing value in the form of material goods and / or services
By value we mean the value added by human activities not strictly related to money, money has had its usefulness in past years and has certainly contributed, both to the achievement of the current level of development and to the creation of all the problems of societies modern, but at present it is an obsolete superstructure to be eliminated.

All the research centers of the way have the duty to share all the knowledge in the technical scientific field.
Research centers must guide industrial production with the best processes available with the aim of minimizing the environmental impact.

The following is the description of an example of how these rules could be implemented:
The “vs” (social value) of a person is the parameter that establishes the level of access of that person to the available resources (food, personal goods and personal services).
The “vs” of an organization establishes whether an organization should exist or not with respect to another.
The relationships of a person with the knowledge class (P_KN) establish or deny access to work equipment (WT).
Each good or service has a “V” value in a certain scale of values shared worldwide.
The initial value “vs” associated with a person will be the sum of the values of his personal assets (including an equivalent value of the money currently held).
If a person produces a good or provides a service of value “V” his new social value will be
