You are born dependent on your mother. You fight in your youth to belong to a social group and if you are excluded, you suffer a lot.
It is also thanks to those around us that we create our own identity, understand the rules of society and satisfy our need to belong to something greater than ourselves. We come into the world with a more or less strong disposition, better defined as "temperament", and from there, following the experiences we make, we form our personality.
Almost everyone is seeking social approval, that is to say, we need the message that we are worth for who we are. The less we perceive to be valid, the more sensitive we will be to judgments, even those outside our circle of friendships. Some people can only understand each other, thus giving high importance to the point of view of others rather than to their own. Many individuals behave as if they were empty containers waiting for their fellows to fill them with meanings; Instead, it would be much more useful to look inside and find out what your deepest values are.
Those who experience an unbridgeable feeling of emptiness, will not only not appreciate being alone, but will frequently suffer from the lack of other people. The less clear we are and how much we are worth, the more we need the approval and support of others. For many, a sentimental bond is an antidote to loneliness. Those who experience the couple as a "symbiosis", tend to confuse love with possession; so until he learns more functional ways of relating to the partner, he will tend to feel such pain. The life of a couple is an extraordinary opportunity to express oneself, but it remains essential to carve out spaces in which to be separated, so that the relationship can "breathe".

Most people struggle to grasp the pleasure and wonderful power of loneliness, so they experience it more as a condemnation than as a gift. Being alone doesn't mean we're missing something, on the contrary it means feeling complete. Acquiring the inner richness that will allow us to appreciate this condition, will also make us enjoy interpersonal relationships more.
Being alone feeling satisfaction, you learn; it can happen by filling the inner void, that is, by acquiring greater self-awareness, coming into contact with one's own authenticity and understanding what really matters in life.
The people who most appreciate moments of loneliness are those who have had the opportunity to make a good path of growth, who have learned to get up when they fall and get to know each other deeply. Once they had overcome the difficult situations, they became strong and autonomous, they learned to love and they learned the value of living according to their nature, respecting others. These have made loneliness a "happy oasis".
Being alone allows you to feel free, autonomous and cultivate your inner peace. A person who has acquired a good self-awareness is therefore not afraid of loneliness, indeed he needs it. Her strength will allow her not to depend on anyone. There are many ways to live well, and it is up to everyone to find their own. You can, for example, find it by reading or immersing yourself in nature.
Each of us should have a place where we can relax pleasantly, where we can get in touch with our values, resources and emotions. The more we create a positive relationship with our "I", the more we feel a feeling of fullness and psychological well-being, which derive from the perception that we are not alone because we are supported by the richness of our inner universe.
