Finally, after pressing protests from a part of the European people, comes an important decision from Brussels, against the Despots, Doctors and Criminal Politicians, both right and left, friends of the Pharmaceutical Companies, who go on Television asking to impose by force the mandatory covid vaccine on everyone, I miss if we were in a Communist Dictatorship.

Decisions of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe:

1) States must inform citizens that the vaccine is not mandatory.

2) States must not make vaccination against Covid mandatory.
No one should get vaccinated if they don't want to.

3) No state may use vaccination certificates as passports. 

4) States must ensure that no person will be discriminated against if they are not vaccinated.

This is therefore what the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe says with the "Covid-19 Vaccine Report: ethical, legal and practical issues".

This Report also points out that:

A) Vaccination certificates can only be used to monitor the effectiveness, potential side effects and potential negative effects of vaccines.

B) Using vaccination certificates as passports would be contrary to science, given that there is a lack of sufficient data on their effectiveness in reducing contagiousness, and on the duration of immunity.
