We are also trying to grow our influence on social media, both for the podcast, but also for the blockchain itself. This episode is probably going to be one of the most holistic Fuse episodes we have done. I want to get the audience’s opinion on moving from being a mostly GoodDollar show towards looking at everything happening on the network. 

The reason why I am bringing up this concern is that, in its current state, GoodDollar alone does not provide enough daily news for it to be worth making a show that is fixated on a single project. So here are my two ideas on how we can both make GoodDollar a more popular currency both to the broader crypto community and to those who are not as deep into the system. 

#1 I continue to do the daily show the way that it currently is but I will break it up into clearly defined sections for each individual currency while placing the network-wide news and announcements right after the intro. This system would allow for a true daily show that encompasses everything connected to GoodDollar while also ensuring there is enough content for the day. The individual sections could then be cut apart into separate releases for those who only care about one currency. So, in this scenario, you guys would be getting the daily 15-20 minute show as one collective production, but also specialized segment videos on each coin. 

#2 I continue to track the GoodDollar news and make distinct videos directly related to GoodDollar. This would mean going from 6-7 full shows a week to right now probably 3. The upside of this is that it is significantly less work for me. The downside is that it is significantly less press coverage for the network, and honestly, we should be trying to bring as many people over to Fuse as we possibly can. 

Personally, I am leaning towards option number one as it allows for consistent production schedules and planning. It is no doubt significantly more work on my behalf but I enjoy doing this. I just don’t want to be 100% committed to staying in a single lane. It’s not really my style and I believe it makes for a much more interesting show if the information being doled out is actually newsworthy and not just a simple price increase or decrease. 

While the markets definitely matter for GoodDollar, Fuse and GNC, the only coin that technically has enough market movement to even justify the in-depth financial analysis is Fuse. We are constantly seeing under 200 daily transactions for GoodDollar on FuseSwap and that is just not a sign of growth and it is not a sign of a program with 100k+ wallets. 

I have said it before and I will say it until I am blue in the face. GoodDollar needs major investment on the market side, and it needs major advancements in the process of “accessing information”. Right now there is no centralized, community-run trove of easily accessible information and tutorials. This needs to change. 

Right now, as far as outward reaching media, I am unaware of another production schedule on Fuse that matches this show. What I am trying to say is that if we want our currencies valued higher, and if we want more people to join and get involved in building the community we want, this show is one of the best ways to do that. So share it with someone as a conversation starter. Ask questions! 

I really hate giving myself praise because I think I have a long way to go as far as production value, graphics and presentation (and overall writing quality). This isn’t a perfect show, I am not a perfect person, and I will occasionally get information incorrect.  I am doing this because I believe in GoodDollar, Fuse and the technology behind it. But we all need to be doing our part to spread the message, and to make that message easily digestible for new users. Especially those new to crypto. 

So starting next week, I will be organizing community members on the various Telegram group chats to start spreading the word of the Fuse Network and its benefits, along with providing Fuse-native incentive structures for completing community-requested tasks. I envision this process taking quite some time. We have a lot of things that we need to do, and in my opinion, the only way these projects are going to be successful is by community-focused programs and incentive structures built upon the Fuse Blockchain. 

One of the main projects that I plan on proposing is a coin-agnostic gitbook or wiki that will allow any new creators on Fuse, along with the existing user base, access to easily understood, step-by-step guides on how to do certain things on the network. Such as adding your GoodDollar wallet to metamask and getting the FuseNetwork set as default or instructions and tips on how to effectively use FuseSwap and exactly how the system estimates and declares prices.
