I am Rahsaana Ison hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana. Welcome to my page! Welcome to my world of dating. I shouldn't say dating at all because I started a Podcast to have someone to talk to about my feelings. This podcast touches on a little of everything under the sun. I've been there, I've done that, and I got the T-shirt and I want to talk about it! Love Lies and Life started out as an outlet for me to express myself after I got stood up for valentines day a few years back! Bastard! Update on that guy he came back and he was begging me to unblock his phone number. Yes! What goes around comes around. Revenge is so sweet. It wasn't the first time something like this has happened to me but it's damn sure going to be the last. LMBO! I am trying to turn over a new leaf. I turn lemons into lemonade. Let's talk! Well, let's fast forward a few years. I am still single as a one-dollar bill. LOL! This dating stuff is getting harder and harder. I am lost in this world wide web of dating. I just don't know what the heck is going on. What I do know is that I a getting older and I just want someone to love. I really don't know what I exactly want in terms of a relationship. Sighs. As for now, I am going to keep a positive attitude and live life one day at a time. Whatever I haven't seen, heard, or done I would like to do and learn when it comes down to love. Please tune in to my Podcast and listen to my very first show. The show was done on a platform called Anchor. Anchor is the easiest way to make a podcast. I used my phone to record and edit. It's just that simple. Listen to "Oh My Goodness, I joined a dating site at the age of 50!" by Rahsaana Ison

Let's get into Anchor. This is the place where I found my voice. I was able to finally be amongst the podcaster of the world. My issue is finding my audience. Where's my tribe? Spotify owns the podcasting app Anchor. For podcasters without strong technical experience, Anchor aims to be a "one-stop shop." They operate on a "vertical integration" strategy, which means you can use Anchor to create your podcast, share it with others, and then monetize it.
The "record a podcast on your phone app" Anchor has evolved into a genuine podcast hosting service in 2020 with a plethora of capabilities that podcasters generally pay for through hosting providers. They provide completely free hosting, the creation of your show's RSS feed, wide distribution, chances for income, and direct podcast editing from your phone.
The infinite free hosting that Anchor provides is a noteworthy feature. Depending on how much content is shared through your program, the majority of podcast hosting platforms impose monthly fees.
The quality of the Anchor podcasts is their main flaw. Anchor lets hosts develop and distribute mid-level audio, making it ideal for beginners and enduring for podcast hobbyists. Unfortunately, phone interviews are simply poorer than in-person recordings. Both have their advantages, but in phone interviews, the physical distance between the guest and host is more obvious.
Here's the greatest lesson I've learned from all of this is that you need marketing skills or a marketing team to make any of this profitable.
