First day of January 2024. Happy new year. I wish you this year to be the best so far. May this coming year take us all to a higher level of consciousness and let us all vibrate at a higher frequency and in a more productive connection. Obviously this is in our hands. It will depend on our approach, our way of relating, how we talk to and treat each other, our subconscious... The future is in our hands.

We start the year with the Moon transiting the sign of Virgo in a beautiful throne to the Sun. A trine already waning. Tomorrow night the Moon enters the last quarter phase and gives us a slow start to the year. A year that comes to us with much, much cosmic force.

The most relevant thing today is that Mercury is stationary and will be stationary until midnight today and mid-morning tomorrow, depending on your location. That will be when it starts directly from the 22nd degree of Sagittarius. This already tells us that today, tomorrow and the day after that can be a bit confusing days. Also today we have a square from Venus to Saturn. Venus reaches the 3rd degree of Sagittarius and has a small argument with Saturn. This can make us feel a little less optimistic, a little limited, although there is an undercurrent of seriousness. Since the Sun and Moon are in earth signs, they make us be more attentive to physical and material issues, which are ultimately more practical.

We are not aware that those energies that come to us every time we relive those situations, those memories, make us return to those bad emotions that we suffered at the time, since we revisit them again and again and they generate more feelings in us. the same type every time. Reliving something doesn't always make us heal. Sometimes those feelings become encapsulated in our minds. Sometimes we start to forget them or we forget them completely. The mind is very powerful and knew. If there is something you don't remember, maybe that's why you shouldn't remember it. I like this idea of being focused on good things to generate good frequencies to attract good things.

I don't know if you know the Backster Effect. Backster was an important FBI researcher who focused on the study of frequencies. In part I end up studying the effect that we produce on plants and that they produce on other plants even at great distances through the frequencies and interactions that we generate. What this demonstrates is that the frequencies generated by all living beings are absorbed by nearby living beings. That is, if I focus on a scary situation, living it in the present or experienced previously, I will be generating a frequency of fear, which will be absorbed by nearby living beings and/or by living beings in some way linked or strongly connected to me. If this feeling is love I will generate another very different frequency.

A few years ago this theory seemed more like pseudo-spiritual, energetic experiments and they seemed crazy. But there is already too much evidence that certifies that this is how reality works.

Most people don't realize this. He does not realize what he is generating with his thoughts or with his actions around him. If I kill a mosquito that generates a frequency of a living being that has just died. The problem with this is that it connects us to everything bad that is happening in the world. All that is producing suffering, that is producing pain. At the same time, many wonderful events are also happening. Many acts of love. Especially in connection with nature.

All this has to do with the transpersonal planets. That they are everything collective. Collective responsibility. If I dedicate myself to having bad thoughts, bad attitude. I'm distributing that around me. To the collective. Yes I have good thoughts and attitude. I generate good thoughts and positive acts around me. And that is where we must all put more emphasis. We all have to work on that. Everything that we generate produces a frequency and that is how we will receive it back.

I tell you all this because we are taking the first steps in this new year and we have the possibility of making it great for all of us simply by trying to generate good thoughts, good attitudes, good frequencies. We have in our hands the possibility of changing our environment for the better so that we also receive good things back.

We know that life sometimes gets difficult for us. It makes us defiant. And it is in those moments when we have to focus the most and try to get the best out of ourselves. It does not necessarily mean denying the bad things that happen to us. Just look at it in a different way. Accept it bad as something natural that also has to happen to us. And digest it in a way that generates the best possible frequency for us and for the collective ultimately.

Surely this year is going to bring us many surprises. A lot of new things. And of course many great challenges. We have to try to be grateful for all the good things we have. Those people who love us. That food we eat. That bed where we rest. And remember it when bad times come to be tempered, calm and focused.
