Not understanding why what happens happens. And, perhaps the queen of all here, not understanding why I feel the way I feel.

The truth is that, for example, for someone who is very intellectual, very mental, they obviously need understanding to be able to remain at peace. We shouldn't really need to understand why. We should simply be able to accept. But between not understanding and accepting that one does not understand again we have to go through having a why. In other words, to reach acceptance we have to obtain the explanation of why. And the why is always there. There is always a reason but it is difficult for us to access the truth as human beings. We have a series of parameters, beliefs, we have an inherited and acquired vision of life and we stay with that. It is very difficult for one to break beliefs to the point of seeing things completely from another point of view. It is something that happens gradually and it is also somewhat painful to discover that things are not as they are. It's painful because we feel betrayed. For example, if I now told you that the Earth is flat and they gave you the proof. You would enter a process so frightening and painful that it would lead you to a kind of madness until you could accept that very different truth. It would be so complex for your brain to incorporate a truth that breaks the foundations of your belief that a process would occur that is very painful and, above all, very scary. Cognitive dissonance is called the moment when the brain, the mind, cannot accept a belief that goes against the individual's wavering beliefs. And then the reaction is exactly as if a wild animal is attacking you. It is attack the animal or flee. Either you get very angry or you run away because the brain is going to defend itself in the same way as if something were attacking your life. This is very curious and explains why it is so difficult for us to accept different truths. We are biologically designed to build a belief system and abstaining from that belief system is very difficult.

At the same time, it is very healthy to do so and we must understand that this type of evolution entails the pain that transformation brings. A lot of courage and at the same time that predisposition to the truth and accepting the entire process that takes time, that takes energy, etc. And with Pluto entering Aquarius, we will surely have new ideas about the collective. This is a topic that spans about 20 years. So it's not a topic for today. It is a topic for the next 20 years. It is about to begin but it is very interesting how we are going to transform the idea that we have exactly about the collective. But before we can transform the idea about the collective we are going to have to transform the idea about the individual. About ourselves and WOW!!
