There are plenty of college kids and older workers who are either underemployed or unemployed. And ar the same time, there is an if food waste in " 1stv world" countries that comes from b restaurants and fast food companies having to throw out unsold food for to local laws. There are a few nonprofits out there that have sitting up to solve these problems but I've only heard about them giving out food.

There is a space for barter here that can also help with bloating the work history of people who need gigs and more work opportunity
The idea is to work to eat. This is where people work with nonprofits to help those who are in need and get paid in food instead of money. This helps boost/maintain the health of the poor while they contribute to society. Recommendation letters can also be provided by the nonprofits who teamed up with poor workers. This would be what those in the know would consider a B- corporation . A B-Corp is a company that balances profits with nonprofit work in a 50-50 split.
