If one is down on their luck with work, that loss of a job or low paying position that you have might be pointing you in a direction where you can create an opportunity of a life time for yourself. Everyone knows that kids love to play games. And most people in North America know what Chuck E. Cheeses is and means to children.
Right now, it might be a smart idea to convert part of one's home into a game room and just turn it into a "bootleg" version of Chuck E Cheeses. You would just need some video games consoles with subscription passes, live game activities like math problem competitions, and various elementary school snacks.
Parents need places to drop off their kids for a few hours while they go and be adults again. They are not necessarily just looking for baby sitters but a place to keep their kids occupied so that they can relax a bit. That's where this bootleg " youth club" comes in. First, you need video games console systems to keep them occupied while they are in your hand room. It would probably be easiest to subscribe to a buffet on mof online games and let the youth choose what to play as y. I would have 3 to 4 consoles ready...each with their own television. So now, the youth can play video games for hours with little to know distraction.
Apart from that I would have like 20 student board games to choose from that allowed them to play with 3 or more people. These are more old school games but they work well if the power ever goes out. And they serve as a backup for youth who may be waiting in line to play the video games.
Now, after playing games for hours, young people get hungry. So, I would have a bunch of popular healthy snacks ready to sell them if such an event with. I would also have popular tasty snacks to sell them that were not necessarily the healthiest as well.

If you are building an energy factory that creates energy from natural resources you need to be able to find a spacious location, use lots of different avenues to source buyers and use industry benchmarks to determine the acceptable selling price for all of the different types of energy that you are selling on the market.
Everyone uses energy to either power their lights, appliances, electronics or the vehicle that they ride in. Without energy to provide electrical power to all of the things that people own, society would be back in the stone age and people would not even be able to bill their food without using a gas stove. And you can forget about attempting to cool yourself. It's not going to happen in a society with no electricity. You are going to have to go back to using handheld fans.

Those are just some of the reasons why electricity is important. Now, it's well understood why you need energy factories but where should one put them and how big should they be ? These are all good questions. If this is a clean energy factory, you can put this close to a big city but not necessarily near a neighborhood. The reason for this is you want to lower the potential cost of transporting energy from the factory where the energy is created. At the same time, you do not want to create noise pollution that disturbs any near by residences.
Next, the factory has to find business, organizations and similar groups to sell their energy to. So, they need to start answering request for proposals sent out by these various entities in order to find markets that will buy the energy that the factory makes. It's good to not only look for energy buyers within a given city, county or state. It's good to look for energy purchases across an entire cub country so that you can diversify your customer base and manage the risk of taking a financial hit from having a loss of one of more of your customer base.
One must also determine the appropriate price to sell energy at within various locations otherwise a company could lose out.

Is it better to build a business quickly without a business plan or take 4 months to build a well- thought out business plan ? The first situation will get you customers faster than the latter. You'll have a greater chance of achieving neighborhood notoriety than an owner who has not even opened a physical location or built a website yet. Now, the down side of starting early with little to no preparation is that the presentation of that quick-start business might be a bit poor. And presentation can stick in people's minds for a long time. And if a first impression is important, then one could easily lose what otherwise would have been long time customers. A quick-start business also has to be quick to update its business location setup and map out it's processes to avoid looking extremely disorganized.
The slow business should take time to purchase a store front and at least begin advertising the grand opening in order to raise awareness of the store and it's affiliated products or services. It would be probably smart to have a "guest list" that people can sign up to in order to pre-order the business products before the store opens. The number of pre-orders could actually give the owner insight into how likely his business is to succeed. Low sales might mean the business should pivot to providing different types of products. High sales would indicate that the business might push forward the launch date in order to take advantage of the market momentum towards the purchase of it's unreleased product.
