Artificial intelligence is eating the world very quickly. It's transforming the gig work world as well so that anyone who works for Uber or Lyft as a driver might be losing their jobs to non-human forms of intelligence soon.

If I was a rideshare driver, I'd look for "road side assistance jobs" through insurance companies like State Farm , All State and Progressive. I'd actually also start my own bootleg food truck business ...a lot of people forget that one of the most common food truck businesses in America is the ice cream man trucks. And if it's winter, I would sell hot ice cream or warm smoothies. All one has to do is download a free version of the ice cream man music from Spotify or a file-sharing website and then add it to your car or phone music player, wind down your windows and blast the music while driving through various neighborhoods WITH ICECREAM.
Me personally, I would be creating my own forms of Ice cream from store made ice cream that I bought from local grocery stores. Then, you can get clear plastic cups with tops and plastic spoons. Go to a dollar store and buy some cheap candy. Then, take these items home and start scooping ice cream into cups and then mixing them with candy. Take some photos of each unique ice cream combination that you've created , use a word processor like Microsoft Word to create a 3 or 4 page menu (to be later stickered on to the inside of your car window ) for all of your ice cream items.
All that's left to apply is just some hustle.
