1.) Human Centipede
- This movie was described as one of the most disturbing movies of all time. Some of the scenes in this movie was so disturbing that it got banned in some countries. Well, if you have the courage to watch some people being surgically connected through the mouth and anus then this movie would not be that disturbing to you.
2.) Serbian Film
- I watched this movie personally and it was definitely one of the most disturbing movies I have ever seen. This movie contains scenes like pedophilia, necrophilia and many other disturbing things. This movies was banned in many countries.
3.) Begotten
- Well, I have seen some clips of this movie and it's pretty disturbing. This movie is all about God ripping himself apart until some nomads raped and killed him. This movie was also banned in many countries.
4.) "Salo" 120 Days of Sodom
- Relentless sadism, sexual depravity, and horrific murder, are the words that perfectly describe the kind of movie Salo is. Four wealthy fascists kidnap and imprison 18 teenage girls and boys, and subject them to sickening horrors for 120 days. Salo has been banned in several countries because many suspect that the actors subjected to torture were below 18 years of age. Australia banned the movie for almost two decades, and its uncut version came out in Britain only in 2010. Dozens of other controversies also blanket Salo’s making and screening. Surprisingly, Martin Scorsese and Alec Baldwin, among other scholars, signed a legal brief arguing the film's artistic merit.
5.) Grotesque
- In all the movies in this list Grotesque would be one of the most horrific and disturbing movie that I ever saw. This movie is about a couple who was kidnapped by a sadistic madman with an extreme fetish for disembowelment. Most of the scenes recorded in this movie looked so realistic that police had to talk to the director to make sure no one was hurt. Well, if you like watching gore stuff, then I suggest you to watch this.
