One of the key tenets of libertarianism is that government, an organization solely wielding the legitimized use of force in a modern society, is the lone threat to the liberty of its citizens. It is historically true that some of the most egregious infringements on liberty have been perpetuated by governments around the world. However, I'm here to tell you that it's actually centralization, not only government, that you should be wary of.
