The Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, or CHAZ, is a grand experiment in the heart of Seattle in anarcho-communist, hyper-local, communal self-governance. There have been reports of all kinds of circumstances, ranging from a new and peaceful successful micro-society to a complete breakdown with food shortages, extortion, and warlords. Whatever's actually happening there, I have a solution that can keep them sustainable for years to come.
