Hi Everyone! 
Good Morning! Once again I'm up at the witching hour. I just wake up. I don't know what it is. But for some reason between the hours of 2AM to 3AM my body wakes up and I can't go back to sleep. I've been getting roughly four or five hours of sleep a night, if I'm lucky. Easy to say I've been pretty tired lately. But I've been keeping myself busy. 
In the morning I did my morning side hustles, my cointiply, my loot tv, my Amazon Mechanical Turk. It was such a busy day overall yesterday I wasn't able to get as much done on my MTurk program as I would have liked. But today's another day and we'll try again today. 
By the time Mamma woke up I got to talk to her in the kitchen. I opened up to her about separating from my partner. About some of the issues that I was keeping private. She was a huge support to me, which I really appreciated because I needed that at that moment. 
It was then onto chores, did the dishes, fed the dogs, did a load of laundry and helped Mamma make Grandma's bed with all her new clean linens. We were hoping Grandma was going to be coming home yesterday. But she wasn't able to. It's looking like today will be the day then. Which I truly hope so because I miss having my Grandma in the house. Without her presence these past few days, things just haven't felt the same without my little weirdo Grandma <3
Mamma headed to the hospital to go check on Grandma and I stayed back to get some more house cleaning done. She later on called me and asked if I wanted to go get dinner with her and our super close family friend Kitta. My Grandma's best friend for all her life. He's like a Grandfather to me in all honesty. He had shown up at the hospital from several hours away to come check on Grandma's condition. 
I got dressed, they came to pick me up and we went out to a local restaurant to have dinner. I had never been to this place before. It's a local place, and considering I haven't lived here since I was 6, so much has changed. When I left here there was like nothing here. Now this place is huge! Everything is here! There's even an ULTA!!! WHAT!!! lol hehe! 
Coming from a small town for the majority of my life it's still very weird to have everything so accessible. It's an odd feeling. 
But we went out to eat and we had all kinds of conversations. Talking about Grandma Rosemary mostly and her condition. Kitta was telling me that I should really make sure to value the time I have with my Grandmother. My Mamma later told me how proud Kitta is of me, and that he's glad I'm here with Mamma and Grandma. 
So we had dinner then Kitta dropped us back off at the hospital. We brought Grandma Rosemary some food from dinner because we know she isn't really the biggest fan of the hospital food. She had avocado rolls! She loves those things <3 
Mamma and I fed her and spent some time with her. Told her that my cousin from Arizona is coming up to see her in a couple days. She smiled, she's so truly happy when people come out of their way to come see her. Because no one ever does. The only time she gets a call is when someone wants money, or to borrow the car that they think should be theirs after my Grandfather died January of 2022. Everyone fights for what isn't theirs. It's disgusting. No one ever just calls or shows up to check on my Grandma, or to spend time with her. To simply see how she's doing and give her a hug. There's always a motive behind their actions. It's disgusting. So I'm very grateful my cousin Midge (nickname) is able to take a little time off work with the help of her father to come over to California and spend some time with us and Grandma. 
Grandma was starting to fall asleep. So we tucked her into bed gave her all the hugs and kisses. I was trying to blow kisses to Grandma and she gave me a dirty look. I'm like Grandma I have a bad bloody nose I don't want to get it all over you lol! She said I wanna kiss lol. She's so cute <3 so I gave her a kiss on her forehead and we put something on TV that she didn't mind watching, closed her blinds and informed the nurses that we were on our way out and to keep an eye on our precious fall risk. 
When we got home I fed the dogs, Mamma took out the trash bins and we just finished up cleaning out the fridge and doing a few things before we both passed out. It was a long day, an emotional day. It's always hard seeing Grandma in the hospital and have her begging to come home. But when I walked in and said "Hi GORGEOUS!!!" She was so happy to see me! That was the biggest smile! Then she tried to share her hospital food lol hehe she was just trying to get rid of the nasty lol! So cute <3 
Long day, but good day. Hopefully Grandma will be home today. It's only about 4AM now, so we will have to wait to find out of course. But she seems to have improved some since when she first went into the hospital. I'm hoping that extra day was what she needed to get to a better recovery state. 
Well... we shall see how today goes. 
Any advice I have for you today is don't lose your chances to see loved ones who you know are sick. If you know especially that someone is sick. Don't waste time saying tomorrow. Go spend time with them. Go get that quality time and show them that you love them. Be there for them as best you can. Because it means way more to them than you think.
