Your perspective is the lever. Shift how you see your situation, and you change what’s possible. Much of what feels hard is filtered through how we see it. Adjust the lens, and the picture changes. Struggle isn’t always the situation—it’s the story we’re telling about it. Change the story. While not every hardship is just perception, many are amplified by it. Reframing can reduce the weight.
