Meanwhile Bitcoin price is moving higher once again toward $21K and some believe a double top is in play and yet indicators say a double bottom; which is it? Ethereum is breaking out and could outperform Bitcoin according to Raoul Pal. $ADA and $DOGE are resting following their little rallies. While $MATIC isn't top 10 it's showing strength as well.
