So far the most covered news of the day is about prosecutors reportedly seeking an 8-year jail term for Bithumb founder for over $70MM fraud. CFTC continues to insist that $ETH is a commodity and long-term Bitcoin HODLers continue to HODL. 

Meanwhile, the price action in Bitcoin and other Crypto Assets remain flat. It's times like this however that explosive moves happen so don't get lulled to sleep.
