Happy Humpday Folks! Bitcoin is in fact consolidating and I believe it will continue to trade sideways until the end of the week when a possible breakout to the upside could happen; the old upside-down bart patterned? Dave the Wave believes that the crossing of the 50-week and 100-week MAs might be a good sign for the bulls and remember on Monday news came out about the Hash Ribbon indicator which also flipped bullish. Altcoins, like $ADA, are also consolidating and could see a move higher if Bitcoin goes higher. However, Capo doesn't see that and in fact sees a drop to $.28 - $.30. 

Of course not all are bullish, the Bitcoin dominance rate (BTCD) is approaching the end of its bullish patterned and Pentoshi believes the bulls could get trapped because $20K could be a fake support level and has been bounced off multiple times; will it break the next time it's touched? In addition, Institutional investor sentiment remains negative as Bitcoin outflows continue. There are serious issues with the Tornado Cash situation and if you are not talking to your representative about it you should. EFF is calling out OFAC and is asking for developer protection; sanctioning code goes against freedom of speech - Listen to the Bankless Podcast.

Texas continues to benefit from Crypto mining and we saw Ted Cruz advocate for that yesterday and mining continues to grow in Armenia.

The CeFi contagion impacts are still being dealt with as 3AC liquidators get approval from Singapore high court and yesterday we saw Celsius clapping back at KeyFi with a lawsuit. If the CeFi crap wasn't bad enough, BitBoy suing Atozy is the weirdest thing I've seen in Crypto since Faketoshi sued Peter McCormack; just stop.
