Welcome to Thursday Folks! Ethereum's Merge to Proof-Of-Stake is now activated and the news cycle can go back to normal; it was anti-climatic. What was the big deal one might now say. All the things we anticipated didn't happen. Now a new era begins and what comes next is anyone's guess. 

Meanwhile, Michael Saylor is clapping back on the misinformation about Bitcoin energy, judge appoints examiner in the Celsius case, and Coinbase is getting political by adding features to evaluate Crypto policy issues; however my good friend George at Cap Hill Crypto is tracking legislation like a hawk! 

Even though the market isn't going like gangbusters, institutional and venture capital continue to pour in; nearly $3B for this month so far. Hints of bullishness remain in the air but we just can't shake the feeling that Bitcoin could drop significantly in the near future; Capo says 30%. So for now I will remain patient and continue to accumulate in this zone. 

We could see more consolidation in the mining industry and the Norwegians wants noisy miners out. Chinese don't mind trading Crypto just don't use it as money, while the Thai SEC wants to ban lending. In the US we are still grappling over what is a security. 

Legal battles continue with Ripple and the SEC as well as SEC suing a company for illegally selling tokens.
