Happy Saturday! Well not for everyone especially markets across the board, including Gold. This was a Fugly (I am sure you know what that means) week and there just isn't an easy way to say it. Monday we woke to oil tanking, global stock markets, and Bitcoin crashing. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) was the pin that POPPED the everything bubble. By Tuesday, while the market was crashing, Bitcoin remained uncorrelated. Midweek, Blockfi announced that you could deposit $USD and instantly have it converted to $GUSD and earn 8%! By Thursday, Bitcoin was below $6k OUCH and yesterday the Fed announced it was pumping $1.5T into the economy. Yeah - let's just say we didn't have a good week.
