The narrative around if $ETH is a commodity or security is like eggs - one day they are good for you, the next they are bad. Which is it CFTC? A Commodity or Security? Oh, it's a Commodity.

Lastly, those who had money in Celsius and Voyager, it appears the court is going to approve the purchase of GK8 from Celsius to Galaxy digital and Celsius is seeing $7.7M from Voyager in their estate sale.
