Happy Tuesday and Welcome to November folks! Elon Musk has once again sent $DOGE on the ride of it's life, jumping nearly 30%. Yup you are reading this right and what is even crazier is that it's jumped $ADA and is now in position #8. Ripple and the SEC continue their fight as Coinbase requests to file an Amicus Brief. An amicus brief is a legal brief filed in appeals cased to aid the court by providing extra relevant information or arguments. All eyes will be on the FOMC tomorrow and could be a deciding factor on which way the markets head. 

Meanwhile, Bitcoin is trading under $20.5K and in order for it to continue higher will need to jump that level and remain there for a few days. Otherwise sub $20K is back in play. Key metric show no institutional investor signal even with it trading over $20K but on-chain data suggest the bottom is in once again.
