This time when I decided to do a bit of drawing, the shape that emerged was clear that it was going to be an alien lizard creature. Drawing the creature came first then it was time to decide what sort of background to put it on.

I went with a standard sunny and warm-looking background as that would be the most natural sort of environment for a lizard creature to be from. It seemed like a good fit to add a bit of puffy white clouds and a big bright sun.

I like this little lizard creature. It looks like something that might be from a game.
