3 combos played. 3 combos lost. Only one had a chance of winning, but Union Berlin, after a great start, wasn't capable of keeping the 3 points at home. I didn't see the game, was watching the local club in the cup against Club Brugge. So no idea, if a win for Union was possible or not.

The week now is colored dark red and slim chances that I can turn it into green again. But after a winning streak of 3 weeks, this is something which can be expected.
So far this week, 8 bets played and only 1 winner. Obvious that with those stats the week is red.
The month November is still green, but is also coming closer to the red area. Still a profit of 20 euro, good for around 6 to 7 bets. If I don't find a winner today, the ante will be decreased tomorrow back to the base bet of 2.5 euros.

10-11-2022 bets

A decent amount of games for a Thursday without European football. Still cup games in Belgium and one in England. And competition matches in Italy, Spain and the Netherlands.
Maybe I will limit myself to 1 parlay. In the most positive scenario 2. All depends if I will combine the Belgian cup games or not.

Belgian cup

After looking at the cup games to be played, I will probably will only play one. The top 3 of the second division will played at home against 3 JPL teams. Regardless of this, Anderlecht and Antwerp should be able to win their games and march on to the next round. Kortrijk has the most difficult games against RWDM.
Antwerp really needs a good result facing Club Brugge during the weekend. This will try to avoid a loss and for sure extra time at all costs. Anderlecht also needs to win, the cup will be probably their only route to European Football next season. But with the shape they are in, this won't be a walk in the park. So only the Antwerp game will make it to the ticket.

Serie A

Both games from the Serie A looks appealing. Juventus does want to start a winning streak after defeating Inter 2-0 at home. The away to number last in the Seria A, Verona, looks like an excellent situation to have back to back wins. (Odds around 1.7)
Also I do expect a win from Lazio at home against Monza after loosing their last home game against Salernitana. The won last weekend one of their most important games of the season, the away game at AS. This could be a 2 side cutting knife. Will they have some kind of decompression or was this the confident boost they needed. I do think it will be the last of the 2 options.

La Liga

The Real Madrid game against Cadiz does stand out. But we do run into odds problems. Odds of 1.2 don't justify this bet. Knowing that the last 2 visits of Cadiz did end up in a draw. The over 2.5 looks more appealing with odds of around 1.5. Out of the 13 games this season in La Liga 10 games with Real did end up in the over. If this games does make it to the ticket it will be the over bet.

Second home game in a row for Rayo Vallecano. During the weekend they won at home against Real with 3-2. Today they face Celta Vigo at home, which does have an awful away record. 1W against 5L. So a little bit surprised that the odds for a Rayo win are so high with 2.25. So if I will play a more risky bet, this will be on it!

The other game is the one between Valencia and Betis. I do think that Betis will be the favorite for this game, but not enough to justify a bet on it. Betis is playing an excellent season and since long they are way above their rivals Sevilla. A win against Valencia would bring them to the third place. Valencia is having a season with ups and downs and weren't capable of winning one for their last 5 games. 2 losses and 3 draws. We even have to go back to the middle of September to find their last home win (3-0 against Celta Vigo).
So no bet on this game. To hard. I do see Valencia winning at home.

EFL cup

Only one game here. Manchester Utd does play at home against Aston Villa. Just like Celta Vigo, Aston Villa has an awful away record with 2 draws and 5 losses, but this is a cup game and is completely different. Irony is that the last game both teams played was the Premier League game Aston Villa - Manchester United, which Villa won with 3-1. But due to the fact that Aston Villa away form the home turf is a nightmare. I am tempting to add Manchester United with Rayo on a ticket.

The bets

Let's start with the risky one. Only 2 games and it turned out to be a 2 fold home dog parlay. Both games based on the terrible away record from the opponents.
Very decent odds with 3.859 for only 2 games. Let's see if this will be a winner!

Another combo with 3 games on it. This could be seen as a favorites to win acca. I do expect victories of Antwerp, Juventus and Lazio.
The combined odds for these games are 5.062.

I do need the first one to have a green day, the second one would color the week green, which would be a blast. Both tickets winning would make it a superb day. But like always my bets are placed and it is up to the team now to do their job.
I have to admit that I do like to write these posts. It helps me to control the number of bets and evaluated things. Also sometimes my mind does chance when writing a post like this, which is a real plus. Take for instance today, starting with the idea to only play one ticket and it turns out to be 2. But like every gambler I am pretty confident that both accas are winners :) Why else would I place the bets.
While the results weren't what I did expect of them in the past days. It also reminds me that I am still in the green after 46 bets and
23 days. For it is not about getting rich or dreaming about becoming a pro punter. I just want to have fun with my hobby and try to share my knowledge about it. Too bad there aren't a lot of punters/gamblers/bettors on Hive, which there were more of us.
