Things aren't going as expected after that great Saturday. Since then I did loose 7 parlays in a row. While one can expect such a streak it isn't nowhere funny to be in one. If I don't win any of today's bets, the ante will be decreased again to 2.5 euros. No problem with that but I do like to prevent his from happening.
Record keeping!
As you know I am pretty strict about record keeping. I did add week stats to my tracking sheet but did go a little bit too far. I did add all the games from the bets to the tickets. But this did mess up my sheet. The idea behind it was to check if I would have made a profit or loss, when I would have played all bets as single with a 1 euro ante. Will this is doable but does involve some effort in changing the sheet and also in keeping it update with all the detailed information. The question is if there is any added value in the extra information.
To be honest I don't think that I will use all that information, so I will revert it back to the original. I will keep track of the bets in a parlay, but not on odds level.
Today's bets!
Plenty of games for a midweek with the World Cup approaching fast. When going over the games, I didn't plan to place 4 bets. But that is what I did end up with. One could think that I am chasing losses, but that isn't the case. At least I hope.
Crocky cup!
The Jupiler pro League teams do enter the Belgian Cup. 4 games today. OHL and Standard should be capable of winning their away games and qualify for the next round. While nothing is sure in cup games, I do have the idea that both teams will that the cup seriously.
In the game between Seraing and Charleroi I will go for an X2. Both teams are lacking confidence and a win in the cup is desperately needed, for sure for Charleroi.
In the Deinze and Eupen game I do predict that both teams will score. Combined odds are 5.874
Home dogs
Well it does sound easier than it looks. For sure if you do want the odds to be above the number of parlays played for the day. In this case. I did had to dig some deeper, so find some games where the home dog has a decent chance of winning and the odds are high enough.
At the end 4 games made it to the ticket, with odds of 5.823.
Stealers
Team playing away from home and stealing the 3 points. That's what this ticket is about. 3 games were enough to have decent enough odds. AC Milan does need 3 points after a loss during the weekend, Barcelona will be motivated by the loss of Real yesterday. Last team to enter the stealers parley is Gladbach who will travel to Bochum. Random
Just random bets in this parlay. It all started with the idea that in the game between Wolfsburg and Dortmund I do see more than 2.5 goals. The problem was then to find other games which would complete the ticket. I did end up in the Championship where I do hope that both Coventry and QPR will keep the 3 points at home. Odds for this ticker are 5.887.
As normal, only 1 winner is needed to turn the day green, but do need 2 winner to make up some losses. But my bets are placed it is now up to the teams!
