Many of us have lost a lot of confidence after the last few years, many of us wanted to build an empire and instead left nothing but dust. You may have taken a break entirely from the scene, you may have simply taken a step back or you may have been unshaken and continued with your goals. 

For those of us who stopped buying in for a while, I'd recommend buying again. Sure, if you did that a few months ago you'd still be down but the dips appear to be leveling off now. It's likely we won't see a bull market for another few years but with prices this low, it's like before bull market all over again, I believe at least. This time, though, you have experience. Greed won't shape your goals but your patience will. This time, you'll smash it! You'll take the profits, you won't crash and fail. 

In short, hell yes, wait for the dips and start buying. It's accumulation time!
