Starlink could be the first true internet service provider that is entirely satellite based. What was once a pipe dream could finally become an actuality! Elon Musk has poured more and more money into this project with more and more positive results. Starlink just hit a huge milestone though! 

They now have 10,000 beta testers currently. Initially only available in the northern US it has now expanded to Canada and the United Kingdom. While some people might wonder why 10,000 is a big deal well this isn’t available to the public yet. You have to apply and be accepted so 10,000 is a huge number. Also it is not available in all of the US just the northern portion. It has only just expanded to locations outside the US also. 

This growth to has not impeded the download speed. While it would make since for the speed to slow down it has not. SpaceX has been able to continue to launch more and more satellites without issue which is amazing! They are not losing satellites like I would have assumed so the constellation is continuing to grow and be updated more and more! All good stuff to see as hopefully it soon becomes more accessible!
