When COVID-19 swept the globe it wreaked havoc on every aspect in the economy and the flow of goods. From food production issues to movies being delayed the fallout was immense. 

With my move to DC we have had to get all sorts of stuff from food to furniture to electrons. While helping out an intern move in we have found an item that is particularly delayed. Sleeper couches are on backorder all the way to May at some places! When asking different furniture places about it they all stated that sleeper couches were the biggest item facing delay. 

I have no idea why a sofa sleeper is in such high demand that it could be 4 months to get one but I cannot help but laugh. I never would have thought they would be in such high demand, but it turns out they are and the supply chain is still trying to recover but this this was just funny to me.
