You might know that facebook (now Meta) tried to make a cryptocurrency, and privacy communities went NUTS! They were concerned that it will be ultra centralized, anti privacy and full of bugs. 

Now I am happy to annonunce that this project (called Diem) is DEAD! Lets celebrate this awesome event!!!

Diem group sold all intelectual assets.

This project might come back tho because well, someone bought those assets form diem (haha you got that pun?), so we should not think that this failed project won't try to set it up again.
