I think differently about LinkedIn.
I see many such passive LinkedIn profiles.

These LinkedIn profile holders remain silent and passive.
These LinkedIn members seldom write/publish a post or write a meaningful comment on others' posts. Maximum, they repost mostly 'viral' and 'platform's paid promoted' posts without any custom text.

They have generic LinkedIn profile headlines, mostly their job description.

Some of them are even paying the premium membership, yet their profiles are passively incomplete and silent.
These passive LinkedIn members are not using all the features of LinkedIn, which are available to all members, irrespective of premium (paying), or basic (free) membership.
Your LinkedIn profile is your professional deck.
