The buzz word most of us are tired of: AI.

Right now you see a lot of corporations performing layoffs while preaching AI automation.

Less than 1% of AI "trees bear fruit", so why do they do this?

If you watch, the "hire backs" are H1-B's.

Then look at their pay. Indian H1-B's on average make half or less than a white, black, hispanic, or any other USA citizen in the same position.

Most "hacks" are insider threats from H1-B's.

If you look at how AI works it's a field of Data Science and not very related to Information Technology. I went to school for both. They weren't similar.

Well why use an lie about AI if they could do that anyway?

The jobs AI can replace are things such as the CEO, CFO, and other C-suite jobs. Even the CEO of Google himself has said that Gemini will likely take his job one day. They don't want you to notice.

Those are the same people trying to replace people now.

The Who:

     Tech CEOs that are doing a bad job and know it.

The Now:

     Tech CEOs replace everyone else below them first in a desperate attempt to horde wealth, before they are dethroned. They were already the "biggest predators on the block", with most of their victims kids.

The Path Forward:

AI will replace jobs. AI will replace the people "at the top" for two reasons.

1. The current CEOs are predators and make no attempt to do what is best.

2. It's the only "spot" where the cost/benefit ratio pays off. 

What we will see is "society go through the wood chipper" to quote the CEO of Google. It's due to the evil and greed of the other CEOs.

Some aren't evil. The current CEO of Google is an example. You don't hear about him "hot railing" dope while dancing at Cheetah's, stealing, or visiting Epstein Island. If we compare him to Gates, Bill looks like crotch rot.

What comes after is the shareholders doing what is best for them. They will do what makes money and saves money. People like these CEOs lie to the shareholders. We have laws to protect shareholders because it happens that often. The AI won't lie though. The AI will cost less too. A robot also won't want 3 yachts, have a cocaine addiction, and a hooker problem to hide from his wife about.

The future and the path forward, is these same evil CEOs will be replaced. These machines are "soulless" and morally bankrupt too, but they lack greed, drug addictions, or affairs.

Hence both lack any morals, but the robot will do what is mathematically best, and not just for itself.

We all need to bite down, and bear through. It shall blow over. We are watching corruption eat itself. They create their own replacements in an effort to replace average Joe.
