Opportunity is often defined as when preparation and luck come together. You never know when it will be encountered, so it is best to always be prepared.

But once you are prepared and are in the right mindset, opportunity can be just about anywhere. This includes underneath a cup of tea.

There are an infinite amount of ways you can be prepared for opportunity, which both depend on the goal and what you are willing to do to achieve it.

For example, if your goal is financial success, you need to have an open mind.

                      if your goal is better grades, you need to be willing to study and learn ways other people retain information.

                      if your goal is a better artistic skill, you need to be willing to put in time to practice.

                      if your goal is to hodl a coin to the moon, you need to know whether or not that is worth doing, and be patient.

               and if your goal is to write a killer article on Publish0x, you definitely will need to practice. A. Lot.

Not everyone is able to achieve their goals, unfortunately. There are several people out there in the world who live an unfulfilled life- and will admit it.

That can happen for many reasons-

maybe they didn't savor their good moments?

maybe they got caught up in the superficial things?

maybe they wasted their time doing things they didn't want to do?

maybe they didn't do anything?

Self-awareness is key. Once you are aware, you are able to truly see the world for what it is. Once you can see the world for what it is, you can start to figure out just what you want and how you want it. As long as you do not lose yourself in your goal forever, you're on the track towards fully taking advantage of any opportunity you may encounter.

So underneath every cup of tea, there can be opportunity.

But there can also be an opportunity beneath every plate.
Or above every window.
Or past every door.

Opportunity can be anywhere.
It can be in front of you right now- all you need to do is be able to see it.
