Befriend your thoughts. You never know when you'll be alone together.

Note: I am not a mental health professional, just someone who has thoughts and would like to share them with you.
Not everyone can say they're in a good headspace. Whether it be a temporary thing or a condition, having a positive attitude is not as common as it should be.
If you have the power to do so, you should definitely get your head in shape.
Not just become happier, but also be sure you're
- More optimistic
- Savoring the good moments
- Thinking positive thoughts
There are different ways you can accomplish these goals, results of which you'll find many with a quick online search, but some you can give a shot at are:
- Listening to affirmation tracks
- Eat well
- Do something you are good at
- Spend time with the people you enjoy being with
No matter what you do, it is important to acknowledge this; nothing is perfect.
Definitely not our world,
probably not your mental wellness,
and that is okay!
We are all just going through our imperfect lives in an imperfect world,
but that doesn't make it bad.
We all are going through something.
We are not alone; we have each other.
But we will not always have another hand to guide us.
We will not always be able to appreciate the company of others.
What remains once everyone else leaves
you only have only your thoughts.
So be kind to yourself.
Your thoughts turn into your words,
your words turn into your actions.
