Now one question that has been sent to me a number of times is "Why is my power reducing" - I guess I didn't explain that well enough in my earlier posts.
As fortune happens (or perhaps I am just not that observant), Rollercoin appears to have introduced a small update that helps to explain this a bit better, so let me see if I can explain Game Power again.
Game Power
- Game Power is earnt by playing games.
- Game Power only "persists" for a certain amount of time before it disappears.
- When you first start the power earnt will only last for 24 hours.
- If you play a certain amount of games (about 10) in a 24 hour period then you'll improve your "computer level" by 1 and then any game power after that point will last 72 hours. If you make it to about 30 games in that same 24 hour period you'll increase the level again and power earned after that point will last 120 hours and if you make it to 60 games in a 24 hour period you'll get to the highest level and power from that point will last 168 hours or 7 days. (the games required may not be quite right, its been a long time since I got to the highest PC level).
Rollercoin have added a bit at the top of the "Games" page as follows - this didn't exist when I first started but it would have definitely made this aspect of Rollercoin easier to understand:

The key bits are:
- "PC LEVEL: 4 - this means at some point I'd managed over 60+ games in a 24 hour period to "earn" the highest level computer.
- "POWER HOLDING: - 7 Days - this means any power I now earn playing games will last for 7 days before disappearing.
And perhaps most importantly:
- "PC LEVEL RESET: 23:43:25 - this means I need to play a game before this counter runs out otherwise my PC level will reduce and as a consequence my power will disappear faster.
If you scroll over the "i" icon the following appears that may also help explain matters:

So to sum up what should you do:
- Play enough games in a 24 hour period to max out your PC level at 4. This will ensure any power you earn via games stays for the maximum 7 days.
- Play a game at least once every 24 hours to keep the PC level at 4.
- Don't panic if your power starts going down - after a while, unless you play as many games as you did earlier in your Rollercoin life your power is will go up and down depending on when and how many games you play on an ongoing basis.
- Do take note - don't cheat or they might use the proverbial banhammer on you!
So that's my understanding of how Game Power works - Hope that my explanation and the screenshots helped make that a bit clearer. If you feel inspired do join up an play (with or without my referral link - it's up to you!)
