There announcement was as follows:
Hey miners😄
The Global hardfork of the whole ETH Network is scheduled to happen on August 4🍴
It consists of EIP 1559 and EIP 3554 protocol updates and should bring Ethereum 1.0 closer to the 2.0 version merge!
To avoid any possible inconveniences for our users, we decided to postpone ETH withdrawals until the update ends and our tests of it ⚙️
All users with postponed ETH withdrawals will be compensated 🎁
We are sorry for the delay💀 but we want your withdrawals to be safe 🦁

In short, due to the hard-fork of Eth they are postponing Eth withdrawals for a while - as I'm just doing RLT mostly this doesnt effect me but if you're an Eth miner take note!.
