Betfury - If you have read a few of my previous posts you'd know I keep asserting that I'm not much of a gambler, well here is a gamble I'm going to take.

Anyone who is into finance, investing, business and well anything to do with money knows of the concept of Diversification.  Per investopedia:

Diversification is a risk management strategy that mixes a wide variety of investments within a portfolio. A diversified portfolio contains a mix of distinct asset types and investment vehicles in an attempt at limiting exposure to any single asset or risk. The rationale behind this technique is that a portfolio constructed of different kinds of assets will, on average, yield higher long-term returns and lower the risk of any individual holding or security.

The gamble I'm taking - I'm doing the opposite of Diversification and am going to focus on BetFury for a while.

Now I've been trying a number of different programmes (There will be a list at the end of the post with links) as I journey through the world of Crypto with the ones I like being either faucets (for free crypto) or games (like Rollercoin or Betfury).  The biggest problem with trying them all and doing them all is that they can become quickly time-consuming.  One of the things I've been working on is trying to get some of the programmes to an almost passive level of work (see Larvel Faucet) and now I have some miners in Rollercoin I can take less time on it and still have it tick over (albeit very slowly).

With the above in place I'm going to gamble on BetFury and focus on it as I love the concept of the BFG token and staking.  Its a gamble as it'll leave me working on just one main programme but also it's a gamble as I'm trusting that t BetFury is going to be around a while and isn't going to fold/get hacked or anything like that! And so the "Quest to 100,000 BFG" will begin.  Yes this concept has been done by others before but that doesn't bother me - I'm just going to record on Publish0X how I go and see how long it takes (or if I can sustain it!).

Quest for 100,000 BFG - the rules

I've set the following rules for myself as to how I am going to do this.

Rule 1 - Outside of real-world costs such as electricity, my own time, hardware costs etc, NO FIAT CURRENCY will be used to speed this process up.

Rule 2 - See rule 1!

Simple as that.

The Starting Line

As I begin this new quest I need a starting point so I can see my progress given I've been working with BetFury a while.  I'll track the following:

1 - BFG Tokens - 1799.02143 (of course I'm going to track this otherwise what is the point!)

2 - BTC - 0.00003430 (It's one of the two currencies that are available via the BFG Box Faucet)

3 - BNB - 0.00190632 (It's the other of the two currencies available via the BFG box Faucet)

4 - BSW - 4.68249645 (It's the currency of the exchange BetFury is linked to).

5 - ETH - 0.00002382 (It's a high value currency that can be gambled to mine BFG the other currencies outside of these ones have quite low mining value)

I could track the other currencies and I may start doing so later - however my current balances are minimal and I don't anticipate using them much so I'll treat them as nice to have currencies I can withdraw to do other projects with.  BFG, BTC, BNB, BSW and ETH will be the ones I reserve for this Quest.

Strategy

With any quest you need an idea of where to start from (set out above) and what the plan is to get there.

My plan is to:

 - Dice (or other in-house game) with BNB and eventually BTC/ETH to mine BFG.  I will attempt to keep the balances on an upward trend so cash-back will be minimal.  

 - Stake BFG on BetFury with the rewards replenishing the gambling balances/helping keep them on an upward trend

 - Use the BiSwap exchange to buy BFG when I can with Crypto earned from any other programme I use (read faucets/cryptotab etc) as and when I can.

 - Consider staking/farming or similar on BiSwap to keep adding to crypto balances with the intent of buying more BFG as and when I can.

And that is about it.
