Went back today and watch those parkour guy that really hitting it on the grand opening… I wish, but now I need a personal trainer that can tell me of if I don’t do my yoga. 

I am soo stiff, I think there is a dog named after stiffness … amstiff .

They have a cap you can buy to get entrance to all of their events or parkour's , can’t remember but it wasn’t very much money they wanted. 

It’s not like it’s impossible to do this parkour but I guess it not for me, so I have to train harder.. I get there that’s the right spirit !!! I been told but it’s so hard to find motivation when things seems impossible.
