I couldn't help but point out to you that major YouTubers are quitting. You would think that YouTube could sustain you for life if you built an empire around it. But my friend, you couldn't be more wrong, as I see some of the best YouTubers quitting the business.

For example:-

"TeamEdge" quit because their views declined, and financially, it didn't make sense to run their channel. very sad occurrence. Even YouTube itself commented on their last video and thanked them. I miss their jokes, their friendship and the awesome works from the built team. Their set building was out of this world.

"Dangiebros" have a similar story

"Outdoor Boys" retired because Luke wanted to be with his family more. And 10 years of doing YouTube exhausted him, which is understandable. p.s:-please Luke, can we have you back? I really miss your videos.

"JSTU" stopped because apparently, they had new plans for their future lives. man I really miss all of them. And I am sad.

"Li Ziqi" The Chinese YouTuber, had some problems with her agency(2021-2024), took a break, and eventually she won the legal battle. Uploaded a few videos in late 2024. But sadly no videos last year. When are you returning, Li Ziqi? We all miss your talent and passion for making YouTube videos about your rural life and culture.

Now, if we take a step back and talk about not-so-popular channels, my favourite "fishtubers" are on a decline. Some haven't posted in a while. some for more than a while.

sadly I must mention that I had to witness the unthinkable happening to a person I considered a friend. Though we never met before, I really liked her videos and how she treated animals. Rest in peace, my friend. May something like this never happen to you in a future life. Also, I saw another influencer who is actually a pet passing away. Rest in peace, buddy. You were loved by millions of people around the world.

Now I want to ask you, why do you think those multi-millionaire YouTubers and other hobby YouTubers are quitting the platform?

• Are they seeing something we don't see?
• Are they really exhausted from making videos?
• Does it make no sense in the financial department to keep uploading videos?
• Or do they have their personal reasons?
