As you might know, I lost access to my faucetpay wallet 3 weeks ago. If you didn't know that, let me tell you briefly about it. I can't access my Faucetpay account because the website does not work correctly. There was a captcha that you have to pass before clicking on the login button but recently that captcha does not appear when I go to the Faucetpay website. But when I click the login button there appears a pop up saying "Pass the captcha"

Ridiculous I know. I tried to submit a ticket to the support team but that page also has a non-working captcha that I have to solve. As a last resort, I joined their telegram group which is full of scammers by the way. And I posted my problem for the first time, three weeks ago. Then an admin told me to clear browsing data or use a different browser and a different device which I tried but didn't solve my problem.

So for the last three weeks almost every day, I complained about the captcha not appearing issue but admins ignored me. By the way, some others also have this captcha not appearing issue and it seems like admins and devs don't care about it. And yesterday I saw an admin posting about restricting access to your account.

So I have to conclude my journey with faucetpay as a failed one. Because I lost more than 100$ to it. I'm very sad. I know I should've moved my funds to a non-custodial wallet. But I never thought a website like Faucetpay would steal my money. Looks like I was wrong. So my friends I highly recommend you, move your funds from online exchange accounts to a wallet that only you control that is the only way to make sure the safety of your money.

That being said this is the end of this article. I will see you in my next article. Thank you very much for reading.
