I had a big need of money. so I thought what can I do to make a good amount of money in just one day? Then I remembered I had a collection of "Trash" around the house. If you look closely you could see this pile of trash contains stuff that can be sold. So I started separating them and thought there wouldn't be enough materials to sell to get a good amount of money. Then, I said, "Heck I don't have any work today let's just clean around the house, and if I'm lucky I will make money."
So I started to separate the trash. this was no ordinary trash. These were bits and pieces I saved from projects and stuff I collected from friends in the past few years. among this trash there were plastic buckets, plastic containers(sauce bottles, coolant cans, oil cans, Ice cream buckets) which were not good to use anymore, some roof sheets which were metal, metal mesh from an old chicken coop, some vehicle parts, electronic items, and much more.

After some time I realized that this was gonna take time. I said to myself again "Heck, I'm free today, let's do this." so after a few hours I separated plastic and metals, as well as some glass bottles. I wasn't sure whether the recycling center was gonna accept glass or not. But I thought it wouldn't hurt to put this on the truck. so I put it in the truck.

Tip:- Go to your recycle center beforehand and ask them to give you a list of things they accept. so you can separate things at home. it will be easier when you go to the recycler later. they will happily accept if you separate your materials. This way you can make the most money. don't sell your all the metals as scrap iron. Separate them as much as you can. you can watch YouTube videos about how to identify different metals such as iron, aluminum, brass, copper and etc.

Anyhow, after like three and a half hours I finished separating all the materials and loaded them into my small truck. now I can see there is so much free space around my shed that I collected those stuff. it looks clean now. I thought man that was a lot of trash. Let's see how much I can get for this lot of trash. so, I went to the recycling center and surprisingly they gave me good prices. after all the materials were weighed, the Boss, calculated the bill and gave me 5000. That's not a lot. but that's like two days of salary if you were a contingent worker. I'm happy with the money I got.

But,
This story is going to have a sad ending because on my way home My gearbox malfunctioned and had to go to the repair shop. unlucky? Nah... I don't think so. I think it was meant to happen sooner or later because my truck is more than 10 years old. But, guess what I ain't paying the repair shop from my paycheck. That trash I cleaned today is going to pay for the repair. So if you are also a person who collects bits and pieces from projects, you also can try your luck with a recycling center. Another tip I can give you is to get a list of prices for the material they accept so you can decide whether you gonna
sell now or later when the price gets increased.
So that's it for today guys. Thank you very much for reading this article and have a wonderful day.
