Dreams have always been the most notorious thing humans are trying to explain for centuries. Research has repeatedly provided strong support for “Continuity Hypothesis of Dreams”, i.e. most dreams are continuation of what is happening in everyday life.

Research led by scientist Alessandro Fogli in Italy explains:
• Turns out everyday life impacts dreaming (anxiety un life leads to negative affect in dreams and vice versa)

Dream

Sigmund Freud also theorized this, meaning of dreams can be unlocked when examined within the context of a person’s real-world experience.

The study was based on algorithmic analysis with the set of 24,000 dreams from a giant public database of dream reports known as DreamBank.
