My Progress So Far: Hidden Fragments, Scanner Mechanics, and the Start of Something Bigger
Today, I just wanted to stay productive by posting a blog update. So here it is—a reflection on what I’ve been building over the past few days and weeks.
I’ve been crafting and coding the system behind this challenge, designing the mechanics for how my stickers work. And today, I completed a major milestone: the hidden fragments that will be embedded inside each sticker.
How It Works
Each sticker contains a hidden fragment that can be revealed using a mobile phone and a special scanner app I built. These fragments aren’t just visuals—they’re part of a deeper story. I’m keeping the rest hidden for now since this isn’t an official launch yet.
Why I’m Doing This Offline
When the challenge begins, I won’t be selling these stickers online. I want this to be a face-to-face experience—negotiating with strangers, introducing my craft in person. Because I’m not just selling stickers or items. I’m revealing something through action and story.
This project starts with a simple concept: selling a sticker. But it leads to something much bigger—a comic book, a story, and a journey that explores how negotiation works. I’m not naturally good at negotiating, so I see this as a personal challenge. I want to take it seriously, even if it makes me feel shy or nervous.
Pushing Myself Beyond Comfort
I’m a shy, introverted person. Crowded places make me feel awkward. But through this project, I’m pushing myself to step outside my comfort zone and grow—developing new skills and building a stronger personality.
I’m not trying to change who I am. I know how easy it is to shift based on life experiences, what people do to us, or the circumstances we face. If I seem distant or “off” to others, it’s because I’m protecting my energy. Doing this alone isn’t easy. It’s hard to manage emotions and deal with outcomes that don’t match our expectations.
To finish this task, I need to protect my space and time—minimizing distractions and guarding against negative emotions that sometimes cling to us.
The Fragments and the Book
The screenshot I shared shows the exact fragments that can be collected and assembled. Once completed, they unlock the full story and help finish the book.
I’m not the best at storytelling, but I hope I’ve done my best to share what this means to me. Finishing this book will be a huge accomplishment—and I’m committed to grinding until it’s done.
Thank you for reading this blog. I’ll post another update soon.
