Creative people are few and far in between, thats why this post isnt for everyone. In school they dont teach you to be the best version of yourself. They teach you to be a productive machine for a lack of a better term. They take you in, indoctrinate you and then show you out, this is especially true with doctors. Doctors dont be mad at me. You were most likely not taught about how taxes work or how to buy a house. These things are important to know as a human being yet they dont teach you this. And theres a reason behind it.

As a creative person you should always have the ability to think and express yourself in the way that comes natural. If its writing, you should carry a page to write on, if you like to make music you should carry some tunes with you and maybe a notepad in case you find youself inspired. They do not tell you this in school but you have to act on what feels right to you. 

 In order to do this you have to reprogram your mind, if you had a traditional education in school or if you were home schooled you were influenced in one way or the other. Your teachers could have ingrained certain systems in your brain or your parents may have influenced you in a way where you now have certain habits. Just because an authority figure told you that things are a certain way does not make them true. Listen to your inner self, to your body and emotions, to your intuition.
