The NFL Saturday triple header of games was well worth the watch and perfect for a relaxing Saturday. The Colts vs Vikings game was insane and for some reason when that game hit halftime I said the Viking were gonna win. It wasn't because I think the Colts are a bad team. It was just the fact that they scored a team high in points for the season in the first half of one game? No way did I feel like they would hold that lead because the team nor the head coach has been in a position to protect such a big lead this season. Ideally you'd think it's as simple as running the clock out and while that's partially true, the other part of it is that you still have to execute the offense. That is where the Colts failed and the Vikings took advantage to not only win the game, but do it while making NFL history of the biggest comeback ever and the cherry on top of clinching the NFC North plus punching their ticket to the playoffs. The Ravens vs Browns game wasn't as exciting play wise as the first and especially because Lamar Jackson is injured, but it was a chance to see Deshaun Watson perform and it looks like he's making the strides to get back to form so it was still a good watch and good win for the Browns. Don't make the mistake of thinking the Ravens are out of the running based on today's game, because they could end up being the dark horse of these playoffs and ruin a lotta people's playoff bracket. The game of the day for me was the Bills vs Dolphins for a grand finale'. For a moment I thought the Bills would totally dominate this game. Bills at home, Bills mafia, cold weather & snow, division on the line. I mean like how much more motivation do you need in a game like this? However, the Dolphins didn't let a few flurries on their fins stop them from echo-locating the end zone to make this game a true nail biter. The Dolphins brought the track meet to ice capade, but it was the Bills who slipped away with the win with a field goal in the last seconds of the game. Josh Allen showed why he should be the front runner for MVP as he threw for 304 yards,4 TD's and ran for 77 yards. Allen is one of a few QB's I've watched in my lifetime and I'm just in awe of his arm strength. Watching the velocity of the ball when it leaves his hand is quite the sight and he has accuracy to go with it! Just wow! That's not to take anything away from Tua either because he made throws that would be all net shots on an NBA court and he showed poise while doing it. All in all this was the most entertaining game for myself and the broadcasting was awesome as well! I'd love to see TNF back on NFL Network next season because it just brings that much more to the games and I feel like in a sense it brings a little more out of the teams in the games. Not quite like Sunday or Monday night football, but definitely more than the games we've gotten on Amazon Prime this year. Hat's off to the trio of games and the teams in those games today!
