I have been a bit lax after my first few sessions. To be fair, I have had a lot on my plate.

I have found throughout my life that doing something creative, something complex or different enough to distract me, is a sensible way to process what would usually build up to become a level of self frustration. This eventually becomes intolerable, and then I remember, "wait, I have a way to deal with this" I reset. And so the cycle continues, I'm ok with it. It has sparked some very gratifying bits of creativity.

Today's practice was one of those moments, and I think you can hear what my (internal) day was like in the music.
