Hello everyone.
As you can tell by this coming out on Saturday, that I decided to not go to the Model Con in Knoxville. I still plan to get into scale modeling. Just thought I might get a bit overwhelmed by attending. The only things I have are small items that while essential, just don't put me close to putting together a model kit. I still need an air compressor and an airbrush. I have made the decision to buy a spray booth. Not very handy before the stroke and even less so since. I own zero paints. Pretty sure I will be getting ATOM paints. I have gone from aircraft to tanks to cars. Right now I'm firmly into car model kits. I plan to go to Hobby Lobby later today and get 2 or 3 kits while they are 40% off. I am really not a "car guy" but I do like how certain cars and trucks look. Mostly 60's and 70's cars and 30's and 40's trucks. Granted the three kits on my list are all from the 60's. Two are cars and one is a truck. Two are skill level 2 and the other one is skill level 3.
I want to start out "easy" and not get discouraged. Also, I have never airbrushed anything in my life. That will be a new skill I need to acquire and refine. The paints are water-based acrylics. Even though they are "non-toxic", I do plan on wearing a respirator while painting. That is in addition to having a spray booth. The current plan is to buy an indoor exhaust system for a dryer and route the air from the booth into it. I don't want to use a window to put the air from the booth outside. The closest window isn't an option and the next closest is not close enough to use.
I did do four Brick Headz this week. I do believe they are my favorite LEGO kits. Although my list for June 1 doesn't have any Brick Headz on it and it does contain five sets that I like. The current plan is to purchase just enough to get a GWP assuming I like the GWP on offer. I do believe that July is an empty month and so far I only have 1 set from August on my list. It also isn't a Brick Headz. Hopefully with the "leftover" sets, I can pick them up at a discounted price. With fish and models and LEGO, I need to be responsible with my purchases.
Later today I will record two YouTube videos. One will be of the four LEGO sets that I assembled. It should be released on Monday. The second video will be of the Model Kits I buy from Hobby Lobby. It will be scheduled for Wednesday. For some reason people who do YouTube post What I Bought Wednesday videos. I will be rarely buying stuff on a Wednesday, but I can schedule videos to release any day I choose. Also, I doubt I buy kits every week as I doubt I will be having a stash.
I am still playing mobile games. I do Swagbucks and this past week I added GrabTap from StreamElements. You can help yourself while also helping me. All you have to do is play games. Most of them will be mobile. Some of the game on GrabTap can be PC games. Here are the links you can use to join:

As far as crypto goes, I'm still hodling. Just be patient as BTC sets an all-time high and then gives it back. It will set a new ATH this year and probably give it back. Hopefully the ATH's will keep coming. It is just how the big dog works. At some point, it will be to the moon.
