Two weeks from today I have my first ever Stress Test. Being 56 and also having a stroke 3 years ago, a Stress Test makes sense. In March I have an ultrasound on my neck to check my neck. The heart Dr. is wanting to check the amount of blockage in my Carotid. My BP is being maintained at a decent level with the medicines I am taking. I have lost some weight which helps. I do watch my sugar intake and my A1C had lowered to under 6. A target for that is 7 or less so I'm doing ok as far as that is concerned. I do drink Zero Sugar soft drinks when I have one. I drink one per day. I did drink 2 per day for about 10 days but I am back down to one per day.
I have an LCS prediction video going live at 9am today. The LCS returns Thursday at 5pm my time. They also play Friday. The LEC has their group stage coming up. It starts Saturday at 12 noon my time. I much prefer the start time for the LEC as most days it is on, it is over by 5pm my time, where the LCS goes until 10pm usually.
My current bedtime is between 9:30pm and 10pm. I get up between 5 and 7:30 usually. My phone alarm is set for 7:30am. I got up today about 4:45. I have taken my thyroid pill at 6 which is normally when I take it. I then wait an hour before having toast or a bagel with the soft drink. Breakfast is around 10 with some meds that I take. Lunch/supper is around 2:30pm. I try to watch some TV around 630 to 7 until I go to bed. The routine assures I take my meds and gives me structure for each day. Living alone is new to me and I'm slowly adjusting to it.
I've said this before, and I will say it again. Doing these daily makes some of these be rather short. I usually don't post pictures or graphs to extend these. I also don't use titles that encourage a person to click on the article. Lastly, I don't post about crypto which impacts the tipping on these. I'm doing these for myself. Therefore, any tips I do get are "extra". I do appreciate any tips which is why I thank you for tipping.
Thanks for reading. Thanks for tipping. Hope you have a good Wednesday.
