I did an LCS prediction video for Week Two. It goes live at 10am Eastern. Putting it here. It will be private until it goes live. Hopefully once it goes live, the inserted video will work. This is new for me.

Toast and a CZS will be prepared and consumed at 7am Eastern. That is about 15 minutes from me typing this.

I do live in the American state of Kentucky. It is in the Eastern time zone. I awake between 5 and 730 most days. I do have my phone alarm set for 730. I take my Thyroid pill at 6 or as soon as I wake up if it is after 6. It says to take it on an empty stomach so I wait an hour before I have anything to eat after taking it. I take my "morning" meds at 10. At 4pm I take 3 more pills. Then at bed or 10pm whichever is later, I take my bedtime meds. The 10am and 10pm meds are almost the same. I take a total of 6 in the morning and 5 at bedtime. A total of 14 pills each day. 4 of them are basically Fish Oil pills. They are prescription grade though. Somehow they would be expensive if it weren't for insurance. Once a week I do an injection of Ozempic. Another med that would be expensive if not for insurance. 

Early on the Ozempic helped me lose weight. Lately I've been putting some of the weight back on. Yesterday, I tried to do better food wise. Hopefully in Feb. and the rest of the year I can find a happy medium that see me stabilize my weight while not starving myself. Meals aren't an issue for me. I keep the size and frequency of those reasonable. It is when I go to watch TV at night that I tend to eat just because. With no one else in the house, I can do whatever I want. It just takes self-control. I will do it. Just need to make it part of my routine. I have done the exercise bike 4 days/week for 20 minutes at a time. That should be enough for me. I am paying attention to it so it shouldn't become a huge problem for me.
