I'm just writing this in the hopes it somewhat eases my mind. 

My mother has lung, colon and liver cancer. She will die from the liver cancer. 

She just finished up Chemo for her colon cancer. She has 4 more radiation treatments then she get a respite from treatment. I've come to terms that one day she will be gone. What still causes me difficulty is seeing her in pain and being less than what she used to be.

I'm having to do things that she used to do. It should make me feel better when people say I'm doing a really good job taking care of her. I find it unthinkable that any son wouldn't be doing what I'm doing for her. Even after suffering a stroke myself in early 2020. 

Today has started out rough for her. I will be taking her to her radiation treatment in just over an hour from now.
